A part of the cooking world we wanted. The Model X is a low sauté pan that does an excellent job as a classic frying pan as well. Lids are included to make the possibilities more widespread. Comes in matte black lacquer together with nicely spot-on matching details in brass. Dishwasher safe, oven-safe and works on induction.
