We do not believe in coating, this pan is delivered with the inside completely in brushed stainless steel. This in combination with aluminum as the middle layer and outside, means that the heating speed and evenness are perfect. A heat dissipation in perfection, quite simply.

It took 5 years. 5 years from the time we had manufactured our first prototype until we had a finished product that we wanted to put our logo on and call ours.
