We do not believe in coating, this pan is delivered with the inside completely in brushed stainless steel. This in combination with aluminum as the middle layer and copper exterior means that heating speed and evenness are optimal. A heat dissipation in perfection. Note that when using a gas hob and / or dishwasher / detergent, the outer copper surface may become stained. To preserve the original shade, we recommend copper plaster.
