We do not believe in coating, this pan is delivered with the inside completely in brushed stainless steel. This in combination with aluminum as the middle layer and body in real copper means that heating speed and evenness are optimal. A heat dissipation in perfection.

Thanks to new technology, this copper vessel also works on induction. Of course, it works just as well on glass-ceramic, enamel and gas hobs. Dishwasher use is also excellent. Note that when using a gas hob and / or dishwasher / detergent, the outer copper surface may become stained. To preserve the original shade, we recommend copper plaster.

It took 5 years. 5 years from the time we had manufactured our first prototype until we had a finished product that we wanted to put our logo on and call ours.
