How do I know my order has gone through?
An order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you specified when placing the order. If you haven’t received one, feel free to check your spam. If you have entered the wrong e-mail, please contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Of course, we help with that, please note, however, that there may be costs if the order has already left our warehouse. Feel free to contact us by email or phone and we will help you.
Can I choose a different delivery address when placing my order?
We offer the opportunity to choose another delivery address when ordering.
How long is the delivery time?
Between 1-2 working days when ordering before 11:00 (if the product in question is listed as “in stock”. At unusually high pressure/high season, the delivery time can be affected up to 7 working days. If the product is not in stock, it can be in production at the moment, if you want to know exactly when we can deliver, we recommend contacting us.
Can I track my order?
When your order is ready to be sent from us, you as a customer will receive an email with your shipment number.
We ship with DHL within Sweden and here you can follow your package.
How long does the package stay with the agent?
The package remains with an agent 14 days before it is returned. In the case of uncollected packages, a fee of SEK 250 will be added.
What is the shipping cost?
Within Sweden: We have free shipping for purchases over SEK 499, otherwise shipping costs SEK 39. To foreign countries, shipping costs SEK 399 regardless of the amount and size of the order.
How does it work when I order by invoice?
You will receive your invoice on the email you entered when you placed your order.
The standard invoice has payment terms of 15 days, no invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent when we send the order. So if the product you ordered is not in stock, you will not receive an invoice until we actually send your order.

Can I place a business order?
Obviously! It is just a matter of entering the company’s name at the checkout and as long as the company goes through credit checks made by our partner Collector Bank, it is fine with invoice payment – otherwise it also works with card payment. When returning an order, fill in our return form here.
When we have received your request, you will receive an email with a return slip that you attach to the package and hand in to the agent.
Upon receipt of an approved return to Vargen&Thor, the amount is then returned.

How do I get my money back?
When returning, the money is returned in the same payment method you placed the order on.
In the case of bank reversal, it may take 1-2 business days for the money to be returned to the account.
How do I use a discount code?
When paying, there is a box for discount codes, enter your discount code there.
How do I see if the discount code has broken through?
You can see this under your products in your shopping cart.
